All room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and your reservation is subject to our cancellation policy below. Our nightly rates are based on double occupancy and includes our homemade breakfast each morning when you stay at the Clark House Bed & Breakfast, the night before. Additional guests beyond double occupancy are $25 per person, per night, which also includes breakfast. All excursions include a 50% deposit which will be applied to the credit card holding the reservation since we have to pre-pay some services for you. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for parties of 10 or more.
All excursions must be reserved 14 business days in advance so that we may schedule your services. Packages are subject to availability of service providers.
Guests will receive a receipt via email at check-in at which time payment is due. We prefer Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and accept cash or check as well.
Checking In | Checking Out
Normal check-in time is from 3:00pm-6:00pm each day. We realize that with work schedules not everyone can arrive during these hours, and so with advance notice, we can arrange for check-ins after 6:00pm. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving outside of our front desk hours.Check-out time is 11:00am.
Cancellations & Refunds
Given the small size and customize accommodations we are unable to provide refunds for rooms that are booked and then subsequently cancelled. Additionally, if a room or rooms are paid for in advance to ensure availability to our customer but it is not used for any reason, we are unable to refund for the unused nights given the demand and limited booking room inventory.
All “no show” reservations will be charged the full amount of their stay to the credit card used to hold the room. No shows do not allow us any possibility of re-booking the room and have already obligated us to preparation and planning, and thus will incur the full reservation cost.
Cancellations (Special Events, Holidays, Excursions, and Group Reservations)
All special events, holidays, excursions, and group reservations require a 14 business day cancellation notice. If you cancel inside of 14 days, there will be a $50 cancellation fee and if we are unable to re-book the room, the entire cost of the reservation charged to the credit card holding the reservation.
